A graphic I developed in Figma to practice gradients, depth, shadows, and the pen tool.
This graphic started on another project, but when I saw some Figma art online that practiced inner shadows, I was inspired to finish the project practicing specific techniques.
I started with developing shapes that looked like bouldering gym sections. Then I traced photos of holds online with the pen tool creating 6+ variations. After choosing the color pallet and filling in all the holds and sections, I began putting the pieces together, adding depth with blurred shapes. Finally I added inner and drop shadows with direction and color to add further perspective.
A beautiful graphic that is interesting to look at with detail on the holds and perspective that shows depth.
