Bold (the company behind Resume-Now and other career tools) brought me in to push their SEO channel further. The product was mature, the traffic was there — but there was untapped potential in how the site converted organic visitors into paying subscribers.
I focused on the intersection of SEO and product — creating new landing pages optimized for high-intent keywords, developing UX features that improved the conversion path, and building out an A/B testing roadmap to validate changes with data before scaling them.
The combination of better pages, smarter UX, and systematic testing delivered a 15% revenue increase and a 47% jump in online subscriptions from the SEO channel. When SEO and product work together, the gains compound.
