Expanding Gallery View

I saw an expanding gallery interaction online and wanted to see if I could build it natively in Webflow — no custom code, just the built-in tools. The result is a smooth, satisfying gallery where images expand on hover with coordinated size, filter, and background color animations.

Each image sits on a unique combo class with its own background image and animation settings, sized by width percentage for fluid responsiveness. Built on the Finsweet Client-First framework, it's a clean, reusable pattern that could drop into any project.
