Pono Security was stuck. Their existing WordPress website had performance issues, their lead generation was stalling, and scaling location-based content was painfully slow. They needed more than a facelift — they needed a complete rethink of how their web presence worked.

I rebuilt the entire site in Webflow, designing a system that solved for location page scaling, content migration, and the engaging animations that make a security company feel modern and trustworthy. The new architecture empowers the team to launch new location pages quickly, iterate on content without developer bottlenecks, and support a much more aggressive SEO strategy.

On the content side, the results speak for themselves. I developed and led the team in creating hundreds of new pages — location pages, industry verticals, service pages, and blog content targeting both geographic and question-based keywords. With smart AI-assisted workflows, we scaled from under 25 total keywords to over 800, turning the site into a genuine lead generation engine.
