Grit Group Media is a digital agency that brought me on to lead SEO across several of their client accounts. Rather than a single project, this was an ongoing engagement where I served as the SEO lead — owning reporting, strategy development, and hands-on execution.
Each client had different needs and competitive landscapes, so the work ranged from technical audits and content strategy to rank tracking and monthly performance reporting. I built repeatable processes that gave the agency a consistent SEO framework they could scale across accounts while still tailoring the approach to each client's goals.
