Working with Intuit on TurboTax meant operating at a scale where even small SEO decisions have massive traffic implications. My focus areas were technical SEO monitoring, QA for content and CMS migrations, and providing SEO oversight during product deprecation cycles.
The work was deeply cross-functional — I collaborated closely with engineering, product, and content teams to make sure SEO considerations were baked into every major site change. Whether it was a content migration, a CMS update, or sunsetting an old product page, my job was to protect and grow organic visibility throughout.
The disciplined, proactive approach paid off with organic traffic growing 15% year-over-year — a significant number at TurboTax's scale.
